Visiting Hours

Spending time with your loved one is a tremendous source of comfort and can help him or her throughout treatment and recovery. We welcome you to our facility and are glad for an opportunity to serve you.

General visiting hours: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

When you visit your loved one, please observe the following guidelines:

  • Use the hospital’s main entrance.
  • No more than two visitors at a time are allowed per patient.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult while waiting in the lobby.
  • Please speak in quiet tones and be considerate of other patients.

Special communication needs

If you or your loved one is hearing impaired, we provide a TDD line (305-694-4830) and TV with closed captioning

If you speak Spanish and Creole, we have coordinators who can provide translation assistance while you’re here. Please call (305) 835-6000 and ask the operator to speak with a nurse translator.

Coffee shop

Come relax in our coffee shop, conveniently located in the main lobby. We’re open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and alternate weekends from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Smoking policy

In compliance with the Florida Clean Air Act, smoking isn’t permitted anywhere inside the medical center or on its grounds, except in a designated area outside the hospital in the courtyard. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
