North Shore Medical Center Appoints Marcela Sweeny as Assistant Chief Nursing Officer

North Shore Medical Center welcomes Marcela Sweeney as its new hospital assistant chief nursing officer. In her new role, Sweeney will be responsible for daily nursing operations, oversight of patient care areas and assisting with the management of resources and strategic planning for clinical service lines. She will ensure the sustainment of continuous performance improvement initiatives, as well as promote and improve a culture of safety and excellence.
